We have been using this software since we started our operations in 2015, I am able to upload my raw data very fast due ease of use with clear labs product and results are quick as well! It is easy enought that even someone without any technical knowledge can do it himself/herself at home or office if he has proper instructions from technicians who work there before him / her when needed ( which i highly recommend). The ease of use, speed at which results can be obtained by using this product is amazing! It has helped us to get through our large number samples quickly with little help from an analyst or researcher needed - it also allows you have access in real time while processing your test sample/s so that immediate action / decisions could made without delay due its fast turnaround times (results are usually available within hours!).
