I'm the most clueless person imaginable when it comes to technology. I bought another printer, the same one, from another company, and I couldn't use my computer. This printer came with graphical instructions and was very easy (even for me) to get started. With this printer there were no instructions on how to make adjustments to get the correct label size and it took me a long time to get it right for this to be improved. Now I have an issue where when I click print it prints in half on two separate labels then I have to hot print again and it prints correctly. So I eject 2 labels every time I print. Also, I love it because I don't have to go to Office Depot because they have the rudest staff I've ever encountered.
