Review on Isopure Protein Powder Isolate Flavor Sports Nutrition by Syracuse Parrotte

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The ONLY protein powder you will ever need

Look, there are higher quality or better tasting peanut protein powders out there, BUT. As someone who has been through LOTS of good and bad protein powders and has been training for 15 years, I want to save you a lot of time and just tell you to stick with it (and don't freak out). This is the ONLY powder I have and use. No casein. No cheap whey with milk by-products of lactose. Isopur is exactly that. 100% pure whey protein. Bioavailable, increases insulin levels, induces mTOR expression, provides the building blocks for muscle repair and recovery, that's it. That's all you could reasonably expect from a protein powder. He does an excellent job. If you are on a keto diet, this powder is difficult to work with, not because it contains carbs (zero carbs), but it WILL raise insulin levels just as much as white bread raises insulin levels. However, I still take two scoops (50g) right after a workout with 8 tablespoons heavy cream and 2 tablespoons MCT oil. I fast after getting it (it's the last thing I eat) so any fat that can carry insulin is only used during the fast. I can't just eat it. My wife drinks it with Aqua Panna or Fiji water (high pH water) and says she tolerates it with no additives. I just can't take it. i need cream It has a very, very light and light sand grain. It is in order. This is perfectly normal. This means that the protein has not completely dissolved. I'm in the hospital so I'll deal with any slight graininess rather than waiting 10 minutes for it to dissipate. But if it bothers you, just wait 10 minutes for it to go away.
