I like that we can write our own notes with this app because it's not always easy when you have so many people using different apps or writing their thoughts down by hand (which often leads into disagreements). It also helps us keep track of everything going around internally at work since sometimes there are multiple emails being sent about one thing from various departments within your organization - memo allows everyone involved access through email right away without having them constantly check up each other via text message!
