Worked well for a remodeled bathroom where I only had room for a single outlet box to control the lights and put the fan on a timer.Note that this is built for incandescent light bulbs. I had two LED bulbs on the circuit initially and they wouldn't turn off due to a low residual current. I swapped one out for a traditional 65 watt incandescent flood light bulb to increase the resistance and it works perfectly now. I can't find a comparable product for LED bulbs so we will stick with this one.
