I like the way it keeps track of everything that happens in my business, from sales calls to emailing prospects. It's easy to use and navigate. There are some features that could be improved upon. For example, there should be more options for adding notes or reminders to contacts. This would help me keep better records of my contacts. I also wish that we could add our own fields to the database. We have been using this program for over a year now and haven't had any issues. I highly recommend Lead Capsule to anyone who wants to keep up with their leads and prospect information. We are able to easily access all of our contact information and send out emails and follow-up campaigns.
