I liked it at first! I am a woman with rough heels and after years of pedicures, pedicures and other attempts to get smooth heels, I decided to try a men's product. I was so happy with the result! After the first use, my heels were noticeably smoother. I wanted to use it for the second week but it didn't work. He didn't turn on at all. I recharged it overnight but could not revive it. As I was on holiday when I arrived I missed the 30 day return period. So I'm stuck with a paperweight where I used to have a great product.
