Review on Optimum by Julio Solano

The team at optimum has been very supportive with our technology needs that were not being met by other vendors in my organization or within IT itself! I can speak to their experience level when it comes to business process/technology integration as well - they have built some amazing projects for us over time which we've used across functions (including data migration). One thing i do appreciate about them though, was how much more open minded they are compared to many companies out there today who tend towards "I know best". It's refreshing :) They also took ownership from day one and continued delivering regardless if project timelines changed along way due to external events like COVID19 & Wuhan virus etc. Overall happy working relationship so far but would say definitely look into all options rather than just relying solely upon what you think your internal resources will be able to support without outside help! Have I like that they are easy to work with and very knowledgeable about our business as well as their own! They really take the time to understand your needs and help you find ways to get things done while keeping costs down. Also, for something so important, it's not expensive! We have been working together since 2012 and we couldn't be happier. Their team knows how to make everything run smoothly, from project management to accounting support.
