Excellent Product, Great Customer Service

I really like how easy this tool was to set up as there are so many other softwares that were too complex for my user group. This one fit perfectly and helped us get out some business. It also saved me time doing updates when we needed them which made it easier than any software in competition with us! There's not much to dislike either. It worked well for our needs just great product all around! I like that they are very good at what they do. They have been working with us for about 10 years…

  • Also having access online anytime from anywhere makes things super convenient!! Not sure if everyone would agree though since most companies prefer traditional methods over these newfangled ones :)

Great Product Line & Customer Service

The team at optimum has been extremely flexible in working with our organization to understand what we need from their product line as well how best it can be integrated into existing systems within my orgs IT infrastructure - they've also provided excellent customer service throughout this process! I would like more detailed reports about some features that are not easily accessible via standard reporting tools or dashboards (ease/cost for customization). Currently looking only internally but…

Excellent Business Process Integration / Technology Support

The team at optimum has been very supportive with our technology needs that were not being met by other vendors in my organization or within IT itself! I can speak to their experience level when it comes to business process/technology integration as well - they have built some amazing projects for us over time which we've used across functions (including data migration). One thing i do appreciate about them though, was how much more open minded they are compared to many companies out there…

  • And lastly.they're always available whenever issues arise!! Nothing worse then having an issue come up AFTER hours only to discover noone works during normal office hrs :P

Great internal communications platform - ability to stay connected as a team and at any time!

The ability to communicate with all stakeholders in one place was amazing! Easy access from anywhere at anytime made it easy for us as we were not always able to be there physically when needed - which I love about this platform. Nothing really that stuck out but overall great experience!! It's a bit pricey compared to other platforms so make sure you know what your looking into before going forward.
