Terrible product. Followed directions to the letter and even used their ONR as recommended. This product didn't even make a small difference. Sent both back for a refund and got a different product.

I bought this because I was out of town and forgot to turn off my sprinklers so my car was covered in lots of hard water and deep water Etching. This didn't remove the deposits at all and had to resort to wet sanding with fine grit sandpaper, a buffing pad and a light polish. Keep in mind my car was covered in multiple layers of ceramic so this could make removing mineral deposits difficult or why this product didn't work.
