Review on Kittyhok Channel Recorder Recording Supports by Alexis Guiney

My original NVR with 8 cameras connected worked fine for 2 years. When this failed and I contacted support, I received their message from China the next day. The only option is to buy a new DVR. I did that and am now paying technicians over $500 to remove all installed cameras so they can be hooked up to the new dash cam. NO SUPPORT, NO ALTERNATIVES. My tech bought cables to connect cameras to a new dash cam but one is 20 feet away. I thought it would be easier to buy a new chamber to connect and replace the blowout. Unfortunately all the cameras compatible with what I bought are "unavailable". This is a fraudulent trading practice by Revain. (PS, I can no longer find any messages between me and the sellers on how to solve the camera loss issue)
