The ease-of use makes it easy! I love how much info there was about my insurance too!! It would be nice if you could create alerts so we can get emails or text messages as soon has our coverage expires which sometimes happens before someone gets around t o change their plan but other than those few things its been great. Thanks SO MUCH. ! Thank God this came out because otherwise life woud have gotten more complicated. !! Very helpful tool not only from billing side (easy access)but also helps us keep track of what tests were done etc.. And being ableto see your insurances benefits online really helped alot since they do expire at different times depending where u are working! Helps me know exactly who got scanned &amp ; tested instead just guessing like last year lol :) Also very friendly customer service team available 24hrs 7 days week via phone call even after.
