Everything is fine; there are no particular problems; however, if you plan to use this chair, you should get a VD in addition to it because it is essentially unlubricated. It hadn't creaked since the moment of purchase for a few days after I had assembled it, so I wasn't immediately aware of the issue. I assumed that it would need to be used more before everything would wear off and it would be fine, but it didn't stop squeaking until after I had completely disassembled it and lubricated it. So have that in mind.
