- This is for 27 inch IPS monitors. - Update: It is definitely an anti-glare film that caused the brightness deviation. It just has to be a property of rather matt anti-reflective films like this one. My old monitor isn't exactly glossy, but definitely not as matte as this one. I'm not sure if it's due to the overall quality of the panel, a manufacturing defect, or the anti-glare film, but there is a noticeable inconsistency in image brightness across the entire panel on this screen. It's clearly bright, but the left and right edges are starting to narrow. When I switched my work monitor to this, I immediately noticed a drop in quality, especially when viewing Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I was very pleased with the similar price to my previous monitor but am very disappointed with this purchase. I would not recommend buying this model.
