Completely disappointing product

I am finding it very difficult to fit the pop socket into the brackets. I have to keep trying to insert the phone into the mounts. It's so frustrating. Once the phone is in place it will then sag and not hold the phone in place. I've put it on several times but to no avail. On the other hand, it is easy to assemble and fits snugly to the window. However, I can never recommend this product. nightmare in action.
