This product has really helped me with the nasty cold I was having (with rest and medication of course!), I no longer feel stuffy in the mornings (dry California heat!). I wake up however I have a small complaint that it dies too quickly after a certain amount of time/hours but that's ok because you can charge it and use it at the same time to keep it going! It is so easy to use and clean and I am very happy with this product!
