Review on AUSPA Power Twist V Belt 2 Inch by Will Schimmel

I would buy again. This is the best value I have found for this product. I can't find any significant difference between this and similar products (red, 1/2 inch wide, V-belt). What is the difference? Price versus quantity (length). Mine was 58 inches unwrapped and stretched to 60 inches (5 feet) at about 10-15 pounds of tension at 78 degrees F. Exactly 82 links. The same as other products? As far as I can tell, yes. The link image shared (bottom image) shows the link from Section 4' that I purchased from Grizzly through Revain. (Image above) Link from peer review section 5'. I paid about the same for both ($40 with free shipping). V-belts or normal belts? On my wood and metalworking machines, I do not remove or replace good conventional power twist belts, but do use power twist belts to keep them running if a conventional belt fails or when I'm rebuilding the machine and changing the belt's operating range and testing need for best results. Perfomance. Are they better than regular belts? In my opinion yes, factoring out price as a factor, but prices are falling for this product. I've never noticed any significant degradation in the power of the curves and they don't distort/create memory. If you have enough on hand, you have the right belt size. I use needle nose pliers to take the links apart and put them back together (my first check). Hope that helps!
