First, the wireless connection kept dropping even though the Wi-Fi was within 12 feet of the wall. Second, every time I sent something to print, it wouldn't print and gave an error message on the printer screen about using wrong paper or wrong paper setting. He suggested changing the settings, which still doesn't work. I read the manual and it had many settings for various "Epson" paper products, but not for non-Epson copy papers. Apparently they only want you to use their paper. Never experienced such nonsense. No matter what I tried, it didn't print automatically. I had to get up from my desk, go to the printer and hit the print button to print anyway. I tried some solutions I saw online but they didn't fit my problem. And I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't support wireless connection from everything I could find online. I have two other printers that never drop wireless and they are quite old. Finally, the printer seemed very fragile and cheap. Its light weight. Nothing like my Brother printer/scanner. So I doubt it would have lasted very long if it was so fragile. For the price it's worth ($300+), it was way overpriced for what you get, not to mention the headache it caused. I've never had a printer with problems like this one. Wasted precious time with this junk. The ink issue seemed like a great cost-saving idea, but if you have to keep buying your paper, where are the savings?!
