I bought this fermentation basket after we bought a cheap rattan basket from China and damn it's WORTH it. Every penny. Yes it was a bit more expensive than the cheap Chinese crap but you get what you pay for. I LOVE the little lines it makes in my bread and how beautifully it all comes out. We wanted to support a small company in the US or Europe that makes great products, and this cart does just that and more! Also, we love Germany, we have a family there and we want to support the companies there for their economy compared to cheap China crap.
