Review on Progressive Suspension 412 4254C Standard Replacement by Jamie Mousavi

I did not submit this review because of the seller, but because the product delivered did not meet the specifications required in the manufacturer's operating instructions. It turned out that the product has a maximum load capacity of 85 kg and I have 110 kg, this is not stated anywhere in the product description or specifications. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I couldn't find a suitable solution from either the manufacturer or the seller, so I'm the happy owner of a completely useless set of shock absorbers. The only constructive advice was to try and resell the product to a lighter rider. I asked for stronger springs but Progressive didn't respond. The cost of returning the product was unprofitable, so I ended up in a dead end. The seller was quick to respond but unfortunately cannot afford to buy another set and $$$ out of his own pocket. .
