I have purchased 2 sets of lights over the past 3 years. The 1st set was the largest set and it is still going strong except for 1 short 5' section that is no longer working and that is probably due to my mis handling them. The 2nd set I just Purchased are bright and beautiful.When the order 1st came in on the 2nd set it was missing the remote. Customer service I will say is top notch as they sent a remote right away when I contacted them. Unfortunately the remote did not work I contacted customer support and they sent a second one.Also unfortunately that remote did not work on my new set either, but I will say that the remote they sent does work on the large set I bought the 1st go around 3 years ago. The 2nd set is the 500 LED Christmas light set, and I am figuring that I guess they are not supposed to be multi function. Either way the lights are beautiful and bright and I will definitely buy more soon in the future.
