These are the first flexible cutting mats I've ever used and I have to say they are AWESOME. Then take that and form a funnel to tip the food into the pot or pan, it's just amazing. No "refugees" rolling around the counter and ALWAYS finding their way onto the floor. Those days are over with these cutting mats. And all are very easy to store in almost any standard kitchen drawer. Love her!
