Recently my truck overturned. If I hung upside down, my seat belt would not unbuckle. After my initial shock from the impact and some panic at not being able to unbuckle my seat belt, it was the cutter's green handle that caught my attention. Since it was out of my sight, it was easy to get to. I was quite shocked at how easily it cuts through the seat belt. This cutter is no joke. Although I had yet to be cut out of my truck by rescuers, I was able to move enough that I wasn't in the way as much as if I were still wearing my seat belt. Now I put one of these in the car of everyone I care about.
