I like how easy it is to use, the customer support team are always willing to help you out when needed too! The platform is very user friendly and allows me to manage my work from anywhere with access to all relevant information. It also has an excellent CRM system which helps keep organised within our company. There isn't anything really bad about this software so far; however there could be some improvements in terms of adding more templates for different types of tasks. Great customer service, helpful staff who will go above and beyond to answer any questions or queries you may have. They can even call you back if they aren't able to reply via email at first. This was great as we were working remotely but still wanted instant updates on what was going on within the office.
