Not my favorite of the steam cleaner and steam mop accessories

I must have ordered the wrong one by mistake. The product isn't bad but I just prefer flat heads that don't have protruding microfibers like this one. I don't see how well (or not) it cleans the floor this way. I actually plan on returning them (if I remember).
