Impressive Results So Far

I started using this product 6 days ago. My starting weight was 125.4 pounds. I currently weigh 128.6 pounds so I gained 3.2 pounds in just 6 days. I make a shake in the morning and at night before bed. 1 scoop per shake. I add half a banana, 2 scoops of ice cream, 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter, and 1 cup whole milk. Thus, each smoothie contains about 1017 calories (2034 total). I also eat lunch and dinner regularly. MY daily calorie intake is at least 2550 but usually more than 3,000. My goal weight is 140 pounds. Add 1 pound per week. The vanilla flavor is pleasant, it is not chalky and easily digestible. No changes or problems with bowel movements. I recommend using a blender for best results. I personally use the Magic Bullet blender. For my height and metabolism, consuming enough calories to gain weight was difficult. These shakes make it easy.
