I was excited to try these but was ultimately let down. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that these sheets did not hold up well during massages .The waterproof feature caused the sheets to feel plasticky, which affected the massage quality. One positive is that they are disposable, which is helpful for health and household purposes. However, I found them to be too costly for a product that didn't live up to the hype..
