Exactly what I needed
I had to connect the motor to the flour mill via a Lovejoy coupling. I put it between two hubs (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003HIWO0G/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1). I'm glad I went with the more flexible urethane spider as I had a slight misalignment.
