What a great knife!

Got the knife today and tried it out right away. I love it. I replaced an old paring knife and didn't realize how dull the old one was. He simply peeled the skin off the orange like butter. It was comfortable in my hand and the perfect length for the blade and handle. I thought about buying a more expensive one because I thought the price was too good for a quality knife. But I thought I'd give it a try because I can always return it. I'm glad I took the risk. Very happy with it.
