Very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I've had this since June and I use it every time I go and it falls off the velcro and looks like it's torn. I can't use it as my phone has already fallen out and my screen is cracked. So if you use this for workouts etc I wouldn't recommend this. I would ask for a replacement/refund but I'm pretty sure that's out of the question. I would like to post a picture but can't see a place where I can

The reflective strip around the armband's screen window makes you visible when running in low light conditions.
