Item received on time and in good condition. a nocturnal (nocturnal) panic attack that lasted 3 hours and somehow led to something like post-traumatic stress. It was like I was in hell. At the time I didn't know what it was. Ativan has been installed. Tried to survive on 2mg a day. I was told to take 4 mg a day. I should have listened to the doc. So I suffered a lot from depression and anxiety (feelings of anxiety). I have used Wellbutrin for many years but it caused my ears to ring and after I stopped (folding) I found I was less anxious. I started 5 hours after the Wellbutrin Tapering was completed. 100mg was the starting dose but tried 200, 150, 50-50 and settled on 25mg. I take it in the early afternoon. The first 100mg pill gave me a severe headache and a terrible nightmare. After that there are no problems until it goes further. This means that I believe that more than 50 mg can cause nightmares. My preliminary conclusion; 25mg is enough for me. I pour half a capsule in a small glass of water and swallow it. No terrible fear for six months, just a "normal" everyday look. Depression is minimal or absent. I've definitely become more sociable, like many years ago. All fears are gone. I've researched panic and anxiety for hundreds of hours to find an answer to my hell. I learned a lot before I started taking 5HTP. I accepted my situation and did my best. Now I have a deeper understanding of suffering. The Lord works in all of us in different ways to share His love, grace and forgiveness in our relationships. I am a 60 year old woman in great shape. 5htp. 25mg Ativan (for sleeping maybe 3 times a week) (hopefully can stop, if not it's ok) I eat real food (fresh). Please start slowly with 5htp. Perhaps Natrol will release 25 mg capsules.
