I read other reviews and saw that some of the wires were crossed. I still took a chance and ordered these, but before blindly plugging them in, I first checked under the screen to make sure the wires were crossed. Check the black and purple wires on one side, if they are connected on the other side, DO NOT connect them! Luckily mine wasn't broken and I'm safe, my computer didn't explode and I didn't have to spend money to buy another mobile device. If the seller sells you a broken adapter, you are not only responsible for shipping the adapter back. You can probably prosecute them for the damage done to your mobile device and all the components of your system it destroyed.
