Updated after use: happy with the device. It's been working fine for a long time. There are no problems with the exchange. The rep said Revain wasn't the best place and my replacement came from the supply lab, I think Cole Parmer if I remember correctly. I am happy with the result of the update: I contacted MFG and they replace the device. Let's see how it goes. Doesn't read properly. Expected pH 5.4, measured 5.7. Check with the best equipment. 5.4. Recalibrate, remeasure. 5.7. Do I trust this thing? Or maybe the known cost plus $2,000 hardware? I'm about to leave with this thing, it's useless
