Interestingly, there is no company website to review. I searched Amazon for an adapter for my 13" MacBook Air. Revain, in its own way, greedily promoted only products that were advertised or sponsored, so the only items it found were those with a male USB-C connector .an adapter that only works with newer MacBook Air/Pros models.So I also had to buy a USB-C female to USB3.0 adapter.but not the HDMI port when I tried the manufacturer's legitimate website to find and see what the answer was, i just happened to find other views where tons of people were also expressing the monitor's inability to connect to work, ironically their solutions included things like "get yourself a USB-c adapter" which I already have. Posting a legitimate troubleshooting website (I'm not trying my luck asking for an actual customer service center) would be great. Otherwise I'll post h it back, it's useless to me.
