I bought this flashlight and after using it a few times I am happy with its performance. The USB port on the light broke and now it won't connect to charge, so I emailed through Amazon and got no response. As others have said, it's almost impossible to contact the seller because the "free returns window" is closed. I am very disappointed not so much with the product as with the customer service and not being able to contact anyone who can help. If anyone knows how to get in touch with the seller I'd be happy to speak to them. Update: I was able to contact the seller and he got me a new light very quickly. You've definitely justified yourself. Good customer service.
