I love this curtain! I just bought a second one too. Both are on the Used - Good condition listing for a good price and both appear to be brand new! I suspect people buy them and then just find they don't fit their particular windows. I have 100% light blocking (I have calculated that there is a lot of material going through my window frames on all sides). The material is thick and comfortable to the touch, it is easy to iron. I was looking for heavier curtains to help with noise etc so I'm satisfied. but if you want something wavy then this is not for you. The white foam that's sprayed on the back is well made - it's smooth and feels like it will hold up over time. but not in the washing machine! I personally would never use hot water, a dryer or a hot iron on this type of curtain. It could be a gentle cold wash and line dry or perhaps a dry clean. The folds of the original packaging dissolve relatively quickly after hanging, so I had no problems.
