The phone doesn't fit in my pocket. The flap makes it difficult to get enough space for a phone. The cell phone pocket is too big. It extends past my elbow (I'm 5'5"). How to use the two-piece strap that comes with the kit is a mystery. There are no instructions and it seems impossible to figure out from the photos. It's cheap but it's not good Spend money.
