Okay, but not as "solid " feeling as I was hoping.
After carefully fitting them to the connectors on the back of my amp and speakers I have to say that when the side steel spring is depressed it doesn't hold. keep loose in shorter, shallower nests verrrry. That's half expected. Just not much to dip into. However, the jacks on my amp are deeper and while they hold "ok" they aren't as strong. It's not like it falls out, it just "moves" a little. I think that's the difference between the really taller end caps and these. [Metal] shards are still in my finger from it) as I tighten the screw.
