Nice architectural addition

I like the look of this trim and the fact that it is flexible and easy to cut to match existing angles above my kitchen cabinets.

Pros

Easy to tack down with silicone caulking on a mirror that had water damage. Looks great

Cons

Prone to peeling: The adhesive backing on the molding may not be strong enough to hold it securely in place, leading to peeling and a less polished appearance
