Twain is totally obsessed with this weird little plant and even sucks on the tentacles. I think he sucked out some paint but I'm not worried - it's said to be non-toxic and made from very soft silicone which is great for frilly, fragile bettas. I like that it oscillates softly in the (weak) filter current and looks very bright and colorful under the LEDs at night. I like to change up the aquarium setup often (and rearrange small items outside of their tank) to keep them occupied, but I think this should stay in the tank until it falls apart or Twain sinks into the deep tank. despair. He's always rubbing against it or leaning against it - even turning over while playing around. Definitely a goalkeeper because that's what makes him so happy. =
