The interface is very user friendly and easy to use. It has an excellent customer support service as well. I have never encountered any issues with their services so far.BitCompare's platform is quite efficient in terms of its features and functionality. There are no downsides that i can think off at this moment. But if there were something better than it then they should definitely improve upon it. They provide great rates for various cryptocurrencies which makes them one of my favorite exchanges. I am using them to trade between different altcoins like Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash etc.
