Very smooth gliding without using any other tool like a pump shotgun!
I am a massage therapist. I use cupping in my practice. I use both pump shot glasses and silicone glasses. I love these cups, I can just squeeze or squeeze the top of the cup to create suction without using a separate tool. Unfortunately I sometimes have to squeeze/push a few times before I get the desired suction power. However, I love the smooth glide these cups offer. Overall, I like these cups better than pump cups, but they can still be a little easier to use.
