Review on Professional Installation Including Interchangeable Mandrel（M3 by Luca Washington

I' I've been using this riveting tool for about now 2 years and it's really great except for one big mistake: the smaller mandrels fail within 4 rivets. The larger sizes work fine, but I've tried making four M4 rivets and I've gone through 3 mandrels and the last rivet is still not in. The first one broke so I contacted customer service. which made me buy another one from their store and they wanted to give me a refund (reminding me to have a look). I had a feeling it might be a quality issue so I bought 2 of these. The threads on both are so frayed that they are unusable (this is the spike in the picture after 1 successful rivet and failure on the next). The good news is that customer support is very responsive and polite. Unfortunately this is a fundamental quality issue (I can't imagine getting 3 different M4 pickups from the same defective batch but who knows). The riveting tool is actually pretty reliable and I really like it, but I don't want the project to be completely dead due to a tool failure. Right now I have a single fender jeep until I get another riveting tool. :)
