Perfect for plaster.
I bought this bit to cut holes for new outlets in '50s plaster and gypsum board walls. I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. It cut many holes without noticeable dulling and I am still using it for various jobs. Would buy again in an instant.

- this is a good bit but the price is quite high for it.
- won' cut thin metal haven't tried any thing else.
