This replacement order was also missing parts

We had to reorder this wheel bearing as it was missing bolts and the ABS wire was cut, someone had received this item before, we could tell from the plastic packaging was torn. A spare wheel bearing came, it had not been opened before and had no studs on it. According to the description, the wheel bearing should have new studs.
