I wanted to love this cart. The concept is good, but it seems like there are a couple of major issues that still need to be fixed.The biggest problem is that it came missing a screw. And this wasn’t one of the bagged screws, this was one of the screws to the preassembled pieces. And it’s the screw that holds the basket frame in place next to the adjusting knob. Without that screw, the whole thing is off. But I used one that I had and thought the problem was solved.Unfortunately, after finishing the assembly, I found the other major problems with this cart. For one thing, the frame for the baskets aren’t as strong as they should be. Mine came all slightly bent out of shape. Because of that, the baskets can’t be adjusted in one fluid motion.While we’re on the subject, the screw for the adjustable dial is way too short. The knob has to be unscrewed nearly all the way, which compromises the integrity of the basket frame, before the cart angle can be changed, and even then I have to pull on the frame a bit to get the locking piece to disengage.The next issue is that the seller did not give clear measurements for the baskets. Yes, the top of the baskets are 11.5”, but the floor of the baskets is only 10”. THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT THE SELLER NEEDS TO MENTION! I purchased this cart because, according to the description, it was the perfect size for my storage boxes. Instead, the baskets are an inch and a half short, which makes it a lot less usable for my needs.The last issue is that the finishing is just not what I would expect from a cart in this price range. Seam gaps everywhere, obvious welding marks, the screws are just ugly, and none of the lines are quite right. The color is more of an ivory or off white as well.Bottom line, it’s a cool idea, but with all the flaws, it’s just not worth the $80 price tag. I’ll be returning it tomorrow.
