I only gave it 4 stars because it hasn't had time to work in a full year to notice a change. But for now it works. We used it in late March and our A/C guy came in to add Freon (took about a pound). But for now we didn't have to add anything as he arrived in March and it is now October 27th. He seems to have been working all summer here in the south where the temperature is 90-105 degrees and the humidity is high. a year earlier we had to add freon twice, once at the end of summer and the second time at the end of spring. I really hope that he will continue to work for us! This would have saved us about $1300 on a new coil due to leakage.
