Review on 💻 Pantum M6552NW Laser Multifunction Printer with Wireless Networking and Mobile Printing for Large Paper Capacity in Monochrome by Etai Gopala

I needed a printer for medical school so based on all the positive reviews I read about this printer I decided to buy this brand (bought and installed August 2019) . I used to use HP which is why I bought Pantum for the first time. What a horrible mistake I made! It's complete rubbish. The product is from overseas, so no one from customer service speaks English. The first issue, and it should be a registry flag for many subsequent issues. Every time my internet goes down, I have to reinstall my printer drivers; Every time! (I'm glad I saved the drivers page to my computer because it can't be found online (Revain had to help me find it and install that crappy printer). Next problem: PAPER JAM! Yes indeed, PAPER JAM open the model laser printer 2018 last time i heard about a paper jam in a printer was from a dot printer my parents got in the 1980's and in a movie theater office! jams daily the printer is hot too if that Paper Jams, This is weird as the jam only lasts 3 pages and the printer is off 98% of the time, to do this you have to disassemble the printer and pull out the page (yes, no instructions or pull out tabs, just remove the paper , no, you gotta pull out the jam and put a side in this thing with clamps like you're pulling a tooth out of an angry shark that wants to eat you! Let's move on to the next P problem. I installed this in August 2019. It's only mid-September, and the printer is telling me it's out of toner! d it can be 12-13 times. I figured the toner would last at least 5-6 months. So guys if you've read my review so far; Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS POPPY BOX; THIS IS REALLY A PIECE OF SHIT! I have no idea what these people are smoking who wrote all these great reviews about how excellent this printer is, how reliable it is and how great it prints. One reviewer said he got a headache while working with an HP laser printer. This piece of shit gave me migraines and stress that drove you crazy. I had to buy an HP laser printer; it's actually $10 cheaper and I'm sure it's a better quality printer. I shouldn't have bought another product instead of just sticking with a brand that has never given me any problems. I can't even call the company and tell them how bad this printer is because nobody speaks English; so they don't even realize how dissatisfied I am with this printer from hell. I think I'll take a baseball bat for this piece of S@#$ like they did in the office space and go to Target and buy a $110 HP laser printer. Take home the message: THIS PRINTER IS THE WORST, OTHER REVIEWS that gave this printer 5 stars ARE LIARS, DO NOT BUY IT; BUY INSTEAD OF HP LASER PRINTERS!
