Would be perfect except for flaw in netting.

I bought this hammock for my sister. She loved it until she tried to insert the poles to use the mosquito netting. There is a defect in how it is sewn. She contacted the manufacturer but hasn’t received a response. Would love to leave good review because I think it would be perfect if this flaw was remedied.
