Review on Wi-Fi adapter Tenda U1, white by Micha Sawecki ᠌

I bought this adapter, flattered by the presence of an external antenna and positive reviews. However, after installing from a proprietary disk on a computer with Win 7 Ultimate x64, the proprietary utility (UI) reported that the adapter was not inserted, they say, buy (?). At the same time, no messages appeared during the installation process, everything went smoothly. No games with compatibility, editing installation files, etc. - didn't help. Then I had to install the driver through the Windows Device Manager. This technique helped, the adapter worked and began to connect successfully (also through standard Windows tools). However, even after that, the proprietary utility flatly refused to "see" the adapter. It's quite funny to see how your computer is ALREADY connected to the network through an adapter, and the FIRM utility reports that there is no adapter. However, this is not surprising for a 2022 utility. Exactly the same manipulations performed on another computer with Windows XP SP3 were expected to complete successfully, the utility started and worked normally. Therefore, I significantly lowered the rating, although the hardware works flawlessly. It would be nice for a respected manufacturer to periodically ate their software!
